Shipping Policy
At Hoves, every order ships with our free Premium Insured Shipping — no minimums, no hidden fees. Every package is fully insured against loss or damage from our door to yours.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number as soon as it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us and we'll track it down for you.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Insured Delivery
All shipments are covered by our shipping insurance at no extra cost. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at support@hoves.co and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us at support@hoves.co within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll update it. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are calculated and shown at checkout — you won't face surprise charges on delivery.
